Careers
System Genai is not hiring right now. When a role opens it appears on this page first, and we work through the pipeline of people who wrote to us before it opened. That second part is worth knowing.

The team is at the size the current work needs. That changes when the work does, and when it changes we start with the people already in our inbox. A short note with something you built beats a long resume.
When we do hire
4 role shapes
Next.js and TypeScript on the front, Node or Python behind it. You ship complete features: data model, API, interface, tests.
Retrieval pipelines, agent orchestration, evals. You treat model output as a component to be tested, not a miracle to be trusted.
Queues, scrapers, billing, the parts users never see and always feel. FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and the discipline to keep them boring.
You design systems, not screens: tokens, components and flows that survive contact with real data and real engineers.
Working here
No internal labs to hide in. Everyone ships software that a paying client runs their business on, which is where engineers actually get good.
Every line of production code passes a second set of eyes. That includes the founders' code. Especially the founders' code.
Distributed by default. Written scope, audit trails and telemetry mean the work speaks in any timezone; standups do not have to.
